Bottom line: professional company, easy to work with We rented two shuttles and a private car for our wedding from Signature. Molly was pleasant to work with and very helpful for coordination. She was quick to help with changes of plan. During the day of the wedding, unfortunately one of our shuttles broke down, but Signature remedied the situation by sending another bus and compensating us for the service they were unable to provide. The shuttles and our private car were clean and well maintained. Our driver was awesome and Signature is a professional company. We recommend their services for other couples getting married in the area.

Just back after an amazing tour in Nashville and Memphis. Phil was our driver on the tour and he was top notch - we all felt safe and relaxed with him behind the wheels, he was flexible and happy with whatever we wanted to do (even last minute requests). Excellent service!

We used them for a getaway car for my son’s wedding. The driver showed up on time, was very professional and friendly, and even drove my son’s car keys back to the venue when he forgot to leave them with his cousin. The sedan was clean and in good condition. My son and his new bride enjoyed the ride.

Signature transportation were some great professionals! The quote/booking turnaround was so fast and they worked great with my month-of coordinators to ensure all of my wedding guests were taken to/from the venue safely and in a timely, smooth manner. They sent me the info about the drivers beforehand and the process overall was just so smooth. The buses were very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely work with them again.
